To ensure fairness and quality service, please take a moment to review our studio policies below. 📅 Booking Appointments All appointments must be scheduled through our website. A $30 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. 🕒 Same-Day Appointments We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments, but availability is limited. Booking in advance is highly recommended. ❌ Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur a cancellation fee ($30 or 30%). No-Show / No-Call: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit. All deposits & services done are non-refundable and non-transferable — no exceptions. ⏰ Late Arrivals Please notify us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. We allow a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit 💳 Payment Methods We gladly accept: Cash Credit/Debit Cards (2.5% credit card fee will be added to your service) Mobile Payments (Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp etc.) 🧴 Client Health & Safety Please inform your nail tech of any skin or nail conditions (including but not limited to infections, rashes, allergies, diabetes, etc.) before your service. For your health and ours, we may decline treatments if they could worsen your condition. We reserve the right to refuse service when necessary. 👛 Personal Items For your comfort, we recommend leaving valuables at home. The studio is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. ⏱ Warranty Period Gel Polish / Shellac: 7 days from the date of service. Acrylic / Dip Powder Enhancements: 5 days from the date of service. ✅ What’s Covered We will provide a free repair or touch-up within the warranty period for the following: Chipping, peeling, or lifting of gel polish or enhancements. Breakage or lifting of acrylic/dip nails due to normal wear. ❌ What’s Not Covered The warranty does not apply if damage is caused by: Misuse, neglect, or accident (e.g., household chores, sports, excessive force). Biting, picking, or improper aftercare. Services performed at another salon. Changes of mind regarding color, length, or shape. 📅 Warranty Service Terms Warranty repairs must be booked within the warranty period. Repairs are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Any damage outside of the warranty period will be considered a paid repair service. 💖 Our Commitment We stand by the quality of our work and are committed to making sure you leave with beautiful, lasting nails. Please follow proper aftercare instructions to extend the life of your manicure or pedicure. 🎉 Promotions Promotions and discounts are valid only during the specified time frame. They cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. 🔒 Privacy & Client Information Your trust is important to us.
